David Cassidy: Teen Idol of The Partridge Family Dies at 67

David Cassidy was an American actor and singer. Born on April 12, 1950, in New York City, he was the son of actor Jack Cassidy.

He starred as Keith Partridge on the sitcom The Partridge Family (1970-1974) and became one of the biggest teen idols of the era. He had a hit with the Partridge Family song "I Think I Love You" and later solo hits such as "How Can I Be Sure."

He revealed that he had dementia in 2017. Cassidy died of organ failure in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on November 21, 2017, at age 67.
